This forum is a technical forum, NOT the Rims Wheels and Tires Classifieds. If you have something for sale / free to give away / or want to buy/trade wheels or tires then you are to post them in the Classifieds - Parts - Rims Wheels and Tires, unless otherwise granted special permission (like the authorized vendors have) by this site's Administrators. IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT YOU HAVE YOUR CITY & STATE IN YOUR PROFILE SO THAT IT APPEARS UNDER YOUR CORRAL USER NAME BEFORE POSTING IN THE ANY OF THE CORRAL CLASSIFIEDS. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE POSTING IN THE CLASSIFIEDS W/O CITY & STATE YOUR THREADS WILL BE LOCKED THERE, TOO.

Some individuals like to insert their wheels for sale in an already existing tech thread just to get rid of them. If you are one of them and you do so you are wrong. Use the PM or E-mail feature for each person you wish to contact directly. Simply move your mouse to the user's name, click, and select the method you wish to contact that person. Do not plug in your sale or other ads in a thread in this forum. I ask fellow Corralers that abide by these rules to please report them so forum moderators and/or administrators can take care of them accordingly (even if they are old posts from years ago). This forum is strictly tech-related. Please assist us in keeping it that way.

Failure to abide by these rules from now on will result in the editing and locking (or total deletion) of the thread. Your user name will be forwarded to the site's Administration in which it will be decided by them whether or not to limit your usage of this particular forum to a "read-only" status.

Update 3 December 2005:

Some individuals post stuff for sale or wanted on here knowing very well they are not supposed to. Along with that, they will also post a duplicate thread in the Classifieds after already having posted here (or vice versa). Please, do not do this. You're just cluttering up the database by doing so.

Update: 31 January, 2007

"What are my wheels worth?"
Threads of this type are considered thinly veiled attempts to sell in the tech forum whether intentional or not. By posting these types of threads in the tech forums brings out possible buyers/sellers/etc. and when this happens any possible transactions for wheels/tires needs to stay out of the tech forum and in the Classifieds or in Private Messages.
