Thread resurrection time:

I want to take a 2010 mustang, strip it all the way down to bare unibody, and then reassemble it with a pushrod motor, tremec 5-speed and 9-inch rear end, and try to make it resemble a 1965 Mustang. Would it then be an "assembled" vehicle? Should I just go ahead and register the car in Arkansas to avoid the inspection hassles?

Check your local current laws. Don't rely on a Mustang Forum for answers to a law that was implemented 9 years ago and has likely changed since then.....that being said, in order to register a car in another State requires proof of citizenship in that State.
