I have a Ford Performance Z303 camshaft that is slightly used for sale. I ended up going with a smaller camshaft when I turbocharged my stang.

The idle is definitely lopey, in a good way. It isn't a huge cam by any means compared to others out there. You should have other performance modifications done to your engine in conjunction with this. Due a search on the site forum and read up on the cam some more.
