Id like to put 17x8.5 cobra rims on my 2020 gt. Will they fit ?

Going to need more info as "Cobra wheels" encompasses a lot of different wheels, offets, backspacing, and even 4 and 5 lug bolt patterns.

Given the stock 2020 GT front rotors are 13.86" diameter, I think 17" will not fit on. I think min size is 18", maybe 19"

It's not so much the rotor size as the caliper size. The stock 4-pot GT calipers are pretty big for a 17" wheel - much larger than the 2-pot Cobra calipers.
