Sooo like the title says. has anyone converted a set of 10 hole rims. to a 5 lug? Just thinging about it. I was thinking you could plug the holes up and tig them up and machine the faces. And redrill the 5 lug? hummmmm

I'm sure someone, somewhere can do it. But the benefits of 5 lug become almost purely cosmetic with a full width 15" front wheel - which you'll be covering up with a centercap anyway. Kinda doesn't make sense.

I've seen a set of pony wheels done so stands to reason a 10 hole could be done too.

I figured I'd TTT for 10 holes drilled to a 5 lug pattern. Not sure if anyone has done it recently.

If really interested in 10 holes, might be easier to convert to 4 lug (even an SN-95 like OP had in his avatar).

On SN95 spindles, get a front hub from a '89-97 t-Bird. Re-drill for 4x108 (5x108 OEM). Use front rotors from same.

For rears on SN95, use '94 T-bird rear rotors (vented) and redrill for 4x108. Use Fox axles. Caliper bracket will need to be relocated or custom fabbed. Otherwise I am pretty sure factory calipers and pads will work. If not in rear, use Lincoln LS caliper and pads.
